## 1. Timezone & Customer Cancellation Tiers

IMPORTANT TIMEZONE NOTICE:
All cancellation deadlines, time windows, and timestamps are strictly measured against Indian Local Time (Indian Standard Time — IST / UTC+5:30) relative to your scheduled tour departure time.

- More than 48 Hours Before Tour Start Time (IST):
  * 100% Full Refund of the total eligible booking amount.
  * (Only unavoidable non-refundable third-party monument tickets already issued in guest names or payment gateway processing fees are deducted).

- Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Tour Start Time (IST):
  * Partial Refund calculated dynamically based on time.
  * Calculation: The partial refund is calculated based on exact hours remaining until scheduled tour departure in Indian Standard Time (IST), prorated after deducting vehicle reservation retainers and storyteller scheduling lock fees.

- Less than 24 Hours Before Tour Start Time (IST):
  * Non-refundable.
  * Reason: Your dedicated personal storyteller and chauffeur have locked their full day's schedule exclusively for your family/group and turned down all other booking assignments.

- No-Show on Tour Day:
  * Non-refundable if the traveler fails to arrive at the agreed pickup point or fails to respond to chauffeur/guide phone calls and WhatsApp messages within 45 minutes of scheduled pickup time.

## 2. Weather, Natural Delays & Government Closures (Force Majeure)

- If extreme weather (dense winter fog, heavy flooding, severe smog alerts) or unexpected government monument closures occur:
  * 100% Full Refund with zero cancellation charges, OR
  * Free date rescheduling to any alternative date within 12 months, based on guest preference.

## 3. Refund Settlement Timelines

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment source:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM): 3 to 7 business days.
- Direct Net Banking / NEFT / IMPS: 5 to 10 business days.
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex): 7 to 14 business days (depending on issuing bank cycles).
