These Terms of Service govern all website usage, bookings, guided sightseeing excursions, and private transportation provided by Delhi Darshan Elite across Delhi NCR.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
Delhi Darshan Elite provides luxury guided cultural heritage tours, private air-conditioned vehicle transfers, custom itinerary curation, and storytelling experiences.
- All tours are 100% private to your booking party (never pooled with strangers).
- Designated storytellers carry official 12-digit Guide IDs and academic background in Indian history.
- Vehicles are commercial tourist permit AC vehicles driven by licensed chauffeurs.

2. BOOKING ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION
Reservations submitted via our digital portal are confirmed upon issuance of a unique Booking ID and electronic confirmation voucher.

3. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details, passenger count, and pickup addresses.
- Carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport for international guests, Aadhaar/Passport/DL for Indians) required for monument entry gates.
- Adhere to agreed departure and rendezvous schedules.
- Follow safety, monument, and cultural guidelines communicated by assigned storytellers.
- Refrain from any unlawful behavior, public nuisance, or damage to heritage monuments.

4. OPERATIONAL ADAPTABILITY & ROUTE FLEXIBILITY
To ensure safety and comfort, Delhi Darshan Elite reserves the right to alter route sequences or monument stops due to:
- Monday closures (Red Fort, Lotus Temple, and Akshardham are closed on Mondays).
- Government VIP movements, diplomatic summits, or national parade rehearsals.
- Traffic bottlenecks, sudden municipal road closures, or public advisories.
- Severe weather events (torrential downpours, extreme smog, or winter fog).

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellations, modifications, and refunds are strictly governed by our published Cancellation & Refund Policy. Voluntary early departure by a guest after tour commencement does not entitle the party to partial refunds.

6. FORCE MAJEURE
Delhi Darshan Elite is not liable for interruptions or cancellations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, catastrophic weather, civic strikes, monument lockdowns, epidemics, or state-directed security closures.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Delhi Darshan Elite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While our team maintains strict vehicle security inside locked cars, guests remain responsible for their high-value personal valuables.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, curated package names, web code, digital assets, and brand imagery remain the exclusive intellectual property of Delhi Darshan Elite.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction located in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. IMAGE REPRESENTATION DISCLAIMER
Images and architectural photographs across the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual monuments, seasonal foliage, and vehicles may vary naturally based on timing and operational availability.
